[OKC, OK]
I am the lead singer of the rock band Phoenix Rain. We will be releasing our CD 'Illusions' in the summer 2007. Fellow Normanite, Trent Bell produced and recorded our upcoming CD. I studied music at OU. I play bass and guitar and have written many songs with my best friend, Jennifer. You can hear some of our music at http://www.myspace.com/phoenixrainband . I worked as a Graphic Artist for several years, but decided IT was a better fit for me. I am a Security Administrator and hold 11 IT related certifications. Marriage was never my thing, but I have been with my love, James, for several years. I have no children except for my wonderful dogs. When I’m not working or playing music, I can be found weightlifting, doing martial arts, or cruising with the top down in my convertible. Life is definitely good!

I am amazed at how many people are still living in Norman.  Where do you all buy your groceries? I feel like I hardly see anyone from high school.  Norman isn't that big.  Since high school, I attended OU and graduated with a degree in Journalism.  Married my college sweetheart in 1992. Went to work in sales before returning to school to get my Masters in Education.  I taught second grade for three years before our first child in 2000- a daughter Taylor.  She is now 6 and in the first grade.  We have two boys, ages 5 and 3 --Brooks and Reece.  I keep busy with the kids' activities and have no idea what I did with all my time prior to having children.  We're involved with our church--Crosspointe, and I am active in the PTA at Washington Elementary.  I also help out when I have the time at my husband's dental office here in Norman.

After graduating from OU with a degree in Economics I moved to Dallas and started working with Fidelity Investments. Never would I have imagined that I would still be working with the same company after all of these years. I was recently married in July of 06' to Wendy. We don't have kids but certainly plan to in the near future. I look forward to trying to make it back to the reunion to catch up with those that I haven't seen over the years. However, Wendy and I will be in the process of relocating to Toronto as I'm taking on an international assignment with Fidelity.

[Venezuela]
Running across this site has been very nice, as I had been wondering the where abouts of those I shared with in my early years. I was not able to finish in NHS, due to that I was only living in the sates for a period of time (1978-1985) and in 1985 the time came for my family and I to return home....Venezuela, South America.

Once back, adjusting was extremely difficult, but did do so eventually. I finished High School here (88.....I was delayed one year due to the language....my English was better than my spanish!! LOL)) and went on to obtain a degree in International Commerce in 1992 and in 2005 obtained a second degree in Marketing. Actually I work with GENERAL MOTORS in Venezuela. I am married since 1995 and have two wonderful kids: David (12) and Camila (7).

I hope those who did know me can drop a note as I would love to be in touch, taking advantage of this modern technology called INTERNET....it can allow me to again know about you guys, something unthinkable to to me back in 85!

I went to Southeastern Oklahoma State University on a debate scholarship.  I then went to work by in Norman for Ideal Homes the biggest builder in our great state in sales.  I was with them for over 15 years and decided to call it quits when we had our first little girl Gracie, she is 7 months (May) and we are loving every minute of being parents.  My Mr. Wonderful already had a son Hunter when we got married in December of 2004.

We are both in the Real Estate Industry, Chris is a Realtor with Dynasty Realty Group and I started a consulting company Grace Consulting Solutions, Inc.  I am very happy with most of my choices in life so far.  I will be speaking in Boca Raton Florida at a New Home Specialist workshop the weekend of the reunion but I would love to hear from all of you.  Life is a journey, not a destination.  Happy Journey to you all.

My 18 year old son was looking at the all the 1987 pics and he said "Wow! Look at all the big hair (and mullets)!" Seriously though, I've enjoyed reading all the bio's. I attended OU for a year upon graduation, married too early, moved to Houston, had my first son (he is a blessing from the Lord), moved back to Norman 2 years later and divorced. A year later, I married my wonderful husband, Don Gordoni (1981 Norman HS grad.) and we have 10 of the best children in the world! We have 5 sons and 5 daughters. Our oldest son (now 20), is living on his own now. We homeschool all of our children and our 15 yr old also takes a Christian Worldview class. Don is involved in full-time Christian ministry. Apart from being a busy wife and mother, I am actively involved in Women's ministry at our church and discipling young women. I would love to hear from you! :o)

After graduating I bounced around awhile to OKC, Purcell and ended right back where I started, here in Norman. I took the Dental Tech program at Vo-Tech never thinking that I would stick with it (it was a 1/2 day away from school) well I did stick with it and now I have opened my own lab. I Married at 20 to an 84' grad and have been married for ever since (to the same guy). We have 2 children together, Destiny (16) and Clead III (14). They are teenagers and are a wonderful trial. My husband opened up his own business this past year so we have all been VERY busy.

In November 1989, I met my husband (John) on a blind date.  We were married December 28, 1991.  We have three beautiful children (Madison - 10, Luke - 5 and Evan - 2).  My husband was a licensed Architect in OKC.  On December 13, 2005, at the age of 39, my husband died of a heart attack.  I still stay at home raising our wonderful children.  God continues to be faithful and provide for our family. As for myself, I graduated from OU with a degree in Accounting. I worked as an Auditor and Tax Accountant for about 4 1/2 years before staying at home with my children.
